Content Migration Forms

Here you will find forms needed to migrate your content from your current website to a newly created website on Element. Please download the Microsoft Word documents below to use as a template.

Web Page Discovery Form	This form is used to identify and help us to create the web pages on your site based on the web page you currently have. You will need to fill out one for each web page you desire. It can also be used to develop new web pages that didn't exist before.
Main Menu Discovery Form	This form is used to build out the main menu and any microsite main menus you may have. You will need to fill out a new form for each main menu and microsite main menu.
Sub Menu Discovery Form	This form is used to build out any sub menus needed. You will need to fill out a new form for each submenu you will have.
